Risk Modelling and Data Science Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models using supervised and unsupervised methods on fraud behavior based on historical risk data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build predictive models by applying machine learning algorithms to identify patterns in historical risk data.
- Collaborate with risk strategy analysts to solve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques.
- Balance customer experience and security by designing and implementing optimal risk-benefit decisions.
Requirements:
- A PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Solid understanding of machine learning tools and techniques, including SQL and Python programming languages.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience as a data scientist, preferably with project or research experience in a lab setting.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
