About This Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will play an integral part in designing and leading the development of complex distributed systems that enable self-service AI platforms.

These platforms support critical capabilities such as LLM enrichment pipelines, AI gateway management, LLM serving, fine-tuning pipelines, and observability for AI workloads.

Our mission is to empower teams to seamlessly integrate AI into their products by providing the infrastructure, tools, and systems they need to innovate quickly and responsibly.

This is a high-impact role ideal for Senior to Staff-level engineers with a deep background in designing, leading, and delivering complex distributed systems.

You'll need strong software engineering and coding skills, with bonus points for expertise in Dev Ops practices, infrastructure-as-code (particularly with Terraform), Kubernetes, and containerised applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable software aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Championing engineering excellence, reliability, and performance across the AI platform.
  • Partnering with the staff engineer to design and implement robust, consistent systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including participation in on-call and operational support.
  • Supporting onboarding, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
