Job Description

Educational Leaders at Goodstart play a pivotal role in driving transformative changes in educational practice. Collaborating with Educators, you will observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead impactful initiatives and champion excellence in educational practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
