Cleaner & Trolley Collector Team Member - Woolworths Eastgardens Variation

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaner & Trolley Collector Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores maintain a pristine condition for our customers and colleagues.
Job DescriptionThis is a part-time and casual opportunity that offers flexibility to work early mornings or late nights, including weekends. You will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines. To help you with this, you will be fully trained to operate a variety of equipment and will have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.
Daily Tasks- Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team room and emptying bins
- Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
- Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
- Help our customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
- Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks
- Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
- A good eye for cleanliness and small details
