Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, environmental, and quality management across all aspects of our operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in SHEQ management and be able to provide guidance and support to managers and staff on SHEQ-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, industry, and company standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of safety, health, environment, and quality within the company, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of the workplace to assess compliance with SHEQ standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on SHEQ-related topics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve SHEQ performance across the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SHEQ management role, ideally within the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
