Key Responsibilities of the Clarins Counter Manager:


  • Provide outstanding customer service and advice on health and beauty products to meet customer needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while showcasing prestige beauty products.
  • Ensure smooth transactions using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Present our stores beautifully and maintain optimal stock levels to provide a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.


To excel in this role, individuals should possess:




  • Exceptional product knowledge and presentation skills in line with prestige brands.
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service to diverse customers with varying health and well-being needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a team.
