About Your Day
You will assist with ongoing implementation and compliance to safety and training management systems. Develop, coordinate and deliver HSET Training programs to the workforce and management including site inductions and other required site-based training. Verify competencies and actively support the development and maintenance of sites Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management System.
Educate and embed organisational policies, processes, systems and procedures in support of the national HSET strategy and Emeco Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management System.
Provide regular analysis and reporting of metrics to the business to communicate progress against HSET plans and key objectives.
Lead incident investigations with site management to ensure root causes and corrective actions are identified, implemented and closed out within the agreed timeframe.
Monitor and manage the health, safety, environment and training management system – Viking (MYOSH) to your delegated authority level accurately.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to monitor compliance ensuring any non-conformances or improvement opportunities identified are reviewed and actions implemented.
