Job Title: Trainee Educator - Certificate 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator - Certificate 3. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team in a dynamic Child Care Centre environment.

The successful applicant will be passionate about working with children and have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. They will be committed to following centre policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of childcare, and providing a positive learning environment for children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills while studying towards your Certificate 3 qualification. The successful applicant will be part of a supportive team that values teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Creatively planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of children
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote a healthy and safe environment
  • Collaborating with other educators to achieve programme goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • High school certificate or higher
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
