As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with experienced chefs to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase your creativity and attention to detail. With access to state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and a wide range of ingredients, you will have the freedom to experiment and push the boundaries of culinary excellence.

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and stimulating environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. You must also be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. $45-$55 per hour, plus penalty rates for weekends and public holidays.
