We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key part in discovering new product solutions for customers and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
- Grow sales revenue by identifying and converting sales opportunities.
- Initiate discussions with customers about new products to generate sales opportunities.
- Provide training, education, and support on medical products.
- Manage your territory sales plan and pipeline, ensuring accurate data recording.
- Seek customer feedback to inform product development.
- Offer high-quality customer service to resolve complaints.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively. They'll have a positive attitude, a solution-focused mindset, and a passion for innovation.
They should be customer-centric, have excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
