Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Officer. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results and engage our target audience.


As a Digital Marketer, your daily tasks will include strategy development, campaign management, content creation, SEO, and social listening across various platforms and catering to diverse audiences. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the first point of contact with our brand is exceptional, setting the tone for a lasting impression.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency across multiple social media platforms and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, enabling you to adapt and innovate.
  • High level of copywriting and grammar skills, writing engaging content in different voices to captivate diverse audiences.
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Hopper HQ, Planable, or Hubspot, streamlining content publication and engagement.
  • Proficient in using WordPress and Elementor for website content management and SEO, optimizing online presence and visibility.
  • Experience creating artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar, elevating visual storytelling and brand representation.
  • Video creation and editing skills, producing high-quality video content that resonates with our audience.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, leveraging existing expertise to drive success.
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor, embodying the values of our organization.
  • An understanding or experience of boating or sport marketing is highly valued, but not mandatory.
