Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Bar Supervisors and Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisors. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring good communication throughout the department and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services. You will also assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and efficiently respond to customer complaints and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
  • Ensure good communication throughout the department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries.
  • Exceed customer expectations in providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services.
  • Assume responsibility for Food & Beverage outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Efficiently respond to customer complaints and enquiries.
Requirements
  • Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
  • Positive Communication - verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
