About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient delivery management and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all deliveries meet customer requirements on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Load and unload customer orders properly to prevent damage and loss.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Terminal Managers with fleet maintenance, vehicle registrations, and compliance.
  • Train new drivers on their devices and vehicle inspection reports.
  • Conduct quarterly safety training and assist with terminal and district driver scheduling.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, such as warehouse duties or waiting on customers.

Requirements:

  • Australia work authorization is required for this role.
  • Brisbane QLD relocation is preferred.
