Product Development Specialist

The role of Product Development Specialist is a pivotal position within our organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and improve our range of sauces and UHT-processed products.

As a key member of the product development team, you will be responsible for progressing and monitoring assigned process design projects. This includes setting up, supervising, and reporting on factory trials.

Our ideal candidate will have a science degree in Food Processing/Food Science/Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other relevant science subjects. They will also possess proven experience in sauce formulation and UHT processing, as well as knowledge of raw materials/food systems/lab equipment/kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in Product Development and R&D within the food industry. They will also be commercially aware, an excellent communicator, and enthusiastic with the ability to develop and champion new ideas.
