Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to Allied Health professionals in the delivery of services to clients
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of client records and reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and programs
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
- Experience working in a community setting, preferably with older people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Current First Aid Certificate and unrestricted driver's license
