Exceptional WHS Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our respected legal team, focusing on Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and regulatory law.
As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement, conduct WHS prosecutions, and offer strategic guidance on safety and compliance matters.
About the Role:
- Advising on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement
- Conducting WHS prosecutions, including indictable offences and reckless conduct
- Providing strategic guidance on safety and compliance matters
- Acting for regulators, government bodies, and select clients
- Preparing for and appearing in coronial inquests and jury trials
About You:
- Skilled lawyer with a focus on WHS and regulatory law
- Ability to manage complex files and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
- Experience with prosecutions, inquests, or complex advisory matters is highly regarded
