The Role

We want experienced consultants to help us grow our reputation in the marketplace by delivering high quality consulting services to our clients. As a Cloud Architect Consultant in our business, you will develop and grow trusted relationships with clients, which complement the company's commercial and strategic relationships, whilst mentoring other team members.

You'll also have the opportunity to focus on building a team and go-to-market strategy around a specific technical capability within Mantel. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing consulting services that combine architectural vision with hands-on technical experience using some of the latest cloud technologies and methodologies
• Designing, developing, building and operating sophisticated and highly automated secure AWS and Hybrid infrastructure that adheres with Industry compliance standards
• Building, recognising and promptly advising Mantel management of potential follow-on business opportunities
• Assisting the Client Engagement team with Pre-Sales support and assisting with the creation of RFPs and SOWs
• Providing thought leadership in a specific technical capability including running training sessions, writing blog posts and attending conferences on behalf of Mantel
• Defining and driving new architectures based on the applicable regulatory compliance standards and working with multiple stakeholders to gain endorsement
• End to end ownership of projects and solutions at the client site; including management of projects
• Performing troubleshooting, analysis and resolving issues as needed to achieve project outcomes
• Liaising with the project team, clients, vendors and stakeholders using multiple communication channels to manage the delivery of the project
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients as a source of informed, reliable, professional advice about solution options based on the consultant's specific skills and knowledge
• Identifying and completing tasks with minimal supervision and providing oversight and guidance to all level consultants
• Willingsness to continually upskill; including learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications

What You Need To Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Good written & verbal communication skills, including strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Specialist knowledge of several industries or segments, coupled with strong analytical skills
• Ability to identify trends within their practice relating to products and services and communicate them effectively to the wider practice
• Bring a positive can-do attitude to the team
• Ability to interview for other team members
• Ability to lead and mentor others
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting deadlines
