Job Summary

The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting the safe and effective use of our client's medical devices. As a key member of the Permhunt team, you will be responsible for delivering product training to direct and distributor teams, working closely with clinical affairs and corporate training to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and products, collaborating with clinicians during case observation, clinical affairs, and corporate training.
  • Educate clinicians and allied health professionals on the benefits and correct clinical usage of our client's medical portfolio, delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide case support across regions, including device preparation, usage, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Promote and undertake our client's Resident and Medical Students education program (ARMS) across regions, targeting centers through discussion with regional managers, clinical specialists, sales, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with major academic institutions to provide didactic and hands-on training, tailored to meet individual institution needs.
  • Facilitate a network of workshop centers across regions for key strategic products, identifying high-volume centers and promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Provide Continuing Education seminars and webinars for clinicians and support staff, covering specific areas dependent on regional manager requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital personnel, identifying key decision-makers and opening doors to other departments for future sales opportunities.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints, working with relevant departments to provide satisfactory replies.
  • Support regional sales and business development managers in developing and implementing agreed sales strategies.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trained healthcare practitioner.
  • Experience with clinical support and product training.
  • 3-5 years of experience from a similar role.

Physical Demands & Travel Required

  • Travel: 50% Travel, 50% Home-Office.
