Job Description

Clinical Psychologists/Registrars will work with diverse client populations, including those with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and experiences of trauma. They will conduct clinical and behaviour assessments, provide interventions and support in various sectors, and offer therapy services.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in psychology, be experienced in working with complex clients, and be committed to delivering high-quality services. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, think critically, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate outcomes.

Provide individual and family-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

Develop and deliver training programs for staff, focusing on best practices in assessment, intervention, and support.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective case management.

Stay up-to-date with current research, legislation, and best practices in the field, applying this knowledge to inform practice and drive innovation.

Requirements

Ambitious and motivated Clinical Psychologist/Registrar seeking a challenging role within a dynamic organisation.
