About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Key Venues team as a Program Host. As a Program Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional children's programming at our aquatic and leisure centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver activities, programs, parties, and competitions in a safe and enjoyable manner to attract maximum participation levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of aquatic and leisure centre operations, including safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Requirements
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current First Aid
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

  • A competitive hourly rate, plus 25% casual loading
  • Penalty rates for weekend shifts
  • Trainee rates for applicants under 19 years of age
