Job Overview

Brandbank Group seeks a passionate and innovative UX Designer to enhance our online customer experience through exceptional UX and design across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide UX and interface design services across brand websites and other digital touchpoints.
  • Create and test design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows, and prototypes.
  • Contribute to sales growth through conversion rates and usability metrics.
  • Maintain and update UX and design-related tickets in Jira.
  • Support internal and external development teams for new digital initiatives and features.
  • Facilitate design and discovery workshops for business initiatives.
  • Develop experience maps, storyboards, and wireframes.
  • Manage brand digital style guides and UX patterns for consistent design language.
  • Assist in building and developing UX/UI practices within the Brandbank Digital Team.
  • Research and champion best practice UX.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in UX/UI roles at digital agencies or fashion retail environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies, and principles.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills with influence outcomes.
  • Highly skilled in design tools like Figma, InVision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to conduct and document customer research, such as usability testing.
  • Experience in customer journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, design patterns, and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and applying findings to inform future improvements.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for usability and accessibility with translation into work.
  • Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn't possible.
