We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toolstore Coordinator to join our team at Paraburdoo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods, equipment, and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting goods to ensure they meet the specified requirements on purchase orders.
• Conducting safe and efficient stacking and storage of goods and tooling received.
• Performing clerical duties, including tasks associated with receipt, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
• Using SAP to track and trace parts and recording all parts movements.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams across the site.
• Consolidating parts required for weekly maintenance.
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Operating and maintaining fixed plants.
• Demonstrating commitment to safety in a team environment.
• Performing basic fault finding and diagnosis.
• Working in a team environment and contributing to daily targets.
• Participating in manual handling associated with basic maintenance and inspection of the plant.
• Working autonomously to monitor processes in a safe and effective manner.

Requirements:

• A commitment to safety and the well-being of yourself and your team.
• A valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
• A High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable).
• SAP Experience (desirable).
