Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Professional to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.

Duties:
  • Welcome and attend to all customers with a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Obtain and record accurate details of work required, ensuring seamless communication with the workshop team.
  • Regularly update customers on vehicle progress and any delays in completion, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain the efficient operation of the workshop loading system, contributing to streamlined processes.
  • Proactively inform customers of any additional work required or schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with precision.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Prior experience in sales or service roles is advantageous but not essential for this position.
