Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Christmas Creek. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead a team of trade personnel and contribute to the safe, effective and timely electrical maintenance of our equipment and ancillaries.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership and support to a diverse team of trade personnel;
  • Drive safe systems of work with a strong and positive team safety culture;
  • Ensure development and succession plans are implemented to achieve a positive workplace culture;
  • Maintain strong adherence to weekly schedules to ensure all preventative maintenance is completed safely and efficiently;
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Electrical compliance to electrical regulations and procedures within the fixed plant;
  • Providing supervision to all electrical employees and contractors under their control;
  • Implementing initiatives to drive electrical reliability;
Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A WA Electrical Licence (Schedule 26);
  • In-House Licence Nominee experience (preferably)
  • HV Switching qualifications with previous experience;
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance as well as WA electrical standards, regulations and legislation;
  • Leadership experience within a processing plant;
  • Experience in computer-based maintenance systems – SAP desirable;
