Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable registered nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including triage, wound care, and emergency care.
  • Conduct health assessments and chronic disease management plans.
  • Administer vaccinations and maintain immunisation records.
  • Monitor cold chain and maintain vaccine supplies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Certificate in Infection Prevention & Control would be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Best Practice would be an advantage.
  • Nurse Immunisation Qualifications and experience.
  • Current CPR certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wound care, triage, and emergency care.
  • Knowledge of chronic disease management plans and health assessments.
  • ECG and spirometry skills.

Work Arrangements

  • Part-time or casual position.
  • 15-25 hours per week.
  • Afternoon, day, and rotating shifts.
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
