Home Care Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide client-centred care in a home and community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • Provide personal care, including hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Accompany clients on outings and support social activities.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Similar experience providing client-focused care.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
  • Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
