Boilermaker Apprenticeship Opportunity

We offer a unique opportunity for aspiring boilermakers to gain hands-on experience in the marine industry.

As an apprentice boilermaker, you will work full-time while studying towards a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking/Welding).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Examine detailed drawings to calculate material and equipment requirements
  • Fix and assemble metal fixtures
  • Cut, roll, shape, and bend materials
  • Heat and treat metal materials

Our apprentices work closely with experienced host employers, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to complete an apprenticeship
  • Excellent presentation, enthusiasm, reliability, and punctuality
  • Motivated with a positive attitude
  • Driver's license and own transport
Benefits:
  • A dedicated Field Officer for support during the apprenticeship
  • Gaining a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking/Welding) qualification while being paid on the job
