As a leader in a Catholic primary school community, you will foster excellence and promote a joy-filled environment where students, staff, and families can thrive within a Catholic context.
About the RoleYou will work collaboratively with Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), staff, the local Parish Priest, and the broader school community to achieve the school's goals.
- Lead a Catholic primary school community in alignment with MACS strategy and the school's mission
- Develop and implement evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum
- Foster a safe and well workplace for MACS employees, students, parish, educational system, and authorities
- Manage resources effectively within a strategic plan to ensure enrolment growth, financial stability, and risk mitigation
- Ensure legislative and systemic compliance applicable to Catholic schools
The successful candidate will have strong faith leadership skills, instructional leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a safe and well workplace.
