About the Role

This is a full-time position available to an experienced Speech Pathologist looking to progress to a leadership role while drawing on their clinical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a leading and innovative team, applying and extending their extensive clinical knowledge through professional development with staff, and ensuring high-level professionalism and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day oversight of a dynamic and collaborative team.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members through mentoring and coaching.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating client schedules and appointments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Speech Pathologist in early intervention.
  • A strong track record of success in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
