About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our esteemed Real Estate team in Brisbane.

This opportunity provides the successful candidate with the chance to contribute to high-profile projects, collaborate with a diverse range of clients, and gain hands-on experience in property development, infrastructure project work, and corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex property transactions, including sales, leases, and joint ventures
  • Work closely with senior partners on major projects, advising clients on real estate law and regulations
  • Collaborate with other practice groups, such as Corporate and Renewable Energy, on cross-disciplinary matters
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in property law, with 3-6 years of post-admission experience
  • An excellent academic record and strong client-facing skills
  • The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of key principles in real estate law and their application in complex transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and project coordination skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
