Job Opportunity:

Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott are seeking experienced individuals to fill various roles within their stable.

Positions available include training young horses, educating horses on the ground, and managing teams of staff and horses.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years full-time professional experience in horse training and handling methods specific to thoroughbred racing.

Required skills include the ability to plan and implement training regimes, record all horse training data, and maintain accurate records.

A reliable work ethic, excellent horsemanship skills, and knowledge of health and safety obligations are also essential.

Successful applicants will be able to work independently or as part of a team, with proven communication skills both verbally and in writing.
