Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest sneaker trends and releases, and be able to advise customers on the best products to suit their needs.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and KPI targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Store Operations: Assist with maintaining the store's visual merchandising, housekeeping, and cleaning requirements.
- Availability: Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
- Previous Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Passion for Fashion: A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- Team Player: The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
