Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project lifecycle management, enterprise management software, and offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, including commercial, engineering, operations, and offshore personnel.
  • Set up and monitor project budgets, providing revenue and cost advice as applicable.
  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules with detailed work breakdown structures.
  • Day-to-day management of assigned projects and project teams, including planning, supervision, and review of procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate project delays, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in preparing design ideas and specifications, and conduct presentations and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with operations lead and sales/commercial personnel in bid and proposal development.
  • Review and approve quality plans, technical procedures, and project proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years of project management or similar leadership experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience with project lifecycle management skills, including project management, engineering, fabrication, testing, mobilization, and offshore execution.
  • Minimum three years of experience with enterprise management software.
  • Ability to travel domestically, overseas, and offshore as needed (up to 20%).
  • Valid passport and ability to obtain visas for international travel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Offshore/oilfield/vessel/rig operational experience.
  • IWOCS operational experience.
  • Working fabrication/manufacturing of subsea equipment/structures knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of remotely operated systems, subsea well intervention equipment, and practices.
  • PMP certification.
  • BOSIET certification.
Working Conditions

This position is considered office work, with occasional exposure to airborne dust and stable work surfaces.
