We are seeking an experienced Insights Analyst to join our Community Fundraising team. As an Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for populating and maintaining the donor database with accurate information about participants and donors engaging with peer-to-peer fundraising events.
Your data skills will give the Community Fundraising team the up-to-date information they need to thank participants and encourage their fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Retrieve and load participant and donor information into the donor database.
- Prepare queries/exports/lists from the donor database to support the Community Fundraising Team.
- Report on performance of the Community Fundraising programs and engagement activities.
- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in information management.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and loading data into a database.
- Experience using a customer relationship database/platform in a fundraising role, or within a for-purpose organisation.
- Experience with reporting/visualisation principles and tools.
- Established organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing relationships with a wide and diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
