Service/Commissioning Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Service/Commissioning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and commissioning of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment
  • Performing day-to-day servicing, calibrations and maintenance tasks, including diagnosing faults, repairing issues and performing basic programming
  • Navigating and interrogating Building Management System (BMS) interfaces
  • Providing quotations for labour requirements, materials costs and quantities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with clients, customers and service recipients
Requirements:
  • BMS HVAC experience: knowledge of BMS controls systems
  • Electrical experience: basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
  • Instrumentation experience: knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision
