Payroll Specialist

As a payroll specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role requires the ability to perform multiple tasks associated with pay and personnel activities, including maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, processing employee data and benefits, and providing administrative support as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant awards and agreements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pay and personnel records;
  • Processing employee data and benefits in accordance with relevant awards and agreements;
  • Providing administrative support to the payroll team as required;

You will be working as part of a large payroll team responsible for paying around 16,000 employees every fortnight.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in payroll administration and contribute to the efficient operation of the payroll function.
