Waterworks Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterworks Specialist to join our facilities management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering critical services that make a real positive impact across the UK.

Our Ministry of Justice account requires a permanent Waterworks Specialist to work on Facilities Management, supporting His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by providing them with safe, clean and efficient prisons. Our expertise helps keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
  • Mains water supply repair and maintenance.
  • Fault finding: Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
  • Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experience in operating light plant machinery.
  • NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred, however NVQ level 2 may be considered.
  • Legionella Control (L8) is desirable.
