About the Role

The Strategic Commercial Partner will play a key role in driving commercial outcomes as a key member of our commercial team. This involves fostering strong relationships with the Product/Brand and Design/Sourcing teams to drive strategic advice on commercial matters.

This role requires collaborating with team members to define and achieve relevant budgets and KPIs, using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Strategic Commercial Partner will lead the reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, and support the Corporate Plan across the function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review financials related to Product/Brand and Design/Sourcing monthly to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls
  • Deliver month-end reports and track sourcing savings
  • Manage marketing spend and oversee the B2C ecommerce platform's P&L
  • Establish robust processes for budgeting and forecasting
  • Support Fit to Success initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance margins and efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to have experience working with big data and retail/product/marketing related experience is highly beneficial.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a business partnering role and CPA or CA qualification are essential requirements. If you are an exceptional communicator with a natural flair for influencing stakeholders, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
