About the Role

As a Senior Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and provide expert design advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide expert design advice and solutions to clients, including interior design and sales
  • Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, providing quotes, and delivering projects on time
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and design, preferably in the interior design industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software and CAD design
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
