About the Role
The Franchise Development Manager, SA/NT role is crucial in driving business growth for our franchise partners. You will develop deep relationships with Mortgage Choice Franchisees, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Regularly meeting with Franchisees to build knowledge of their businesses
- Developing and implementing strategies to support Franchisee growth
- Coaching and mentoring Franchisees to achieve business targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added services to Franchisees
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and prior lending experience. You must be able to coach and mentor Franchisees, work productively in a fast-paced environment, and deliver great customer service.
