Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team of expert clinicians. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Evidence-Based Mental Health Support: Deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.
- Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.
- Complete Assessments and Interventions: Use your clinical skills to complete assessments and interventions, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility and Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working face-to-face or in a hybrid telehealth/face-to-face role.
- Qualifications: General Psychologist Registered AHPRA, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW, or Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership.
- Passion for Improving Lives: Be passionate about improving lives through work and health, with a genuine interest in working with workers compensation clients.
