Tax Advisory Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Consultant to join our team within the Tax Advisory division. This position offers a wide range of flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned compliance-based accounting work to meet client needs and contribute to effective practice management.
  • Review client files and information to prepare the first draft of financial and tax return documentation for management review.
  • Review and delegate compliance-based accounting and tax tasks to junior staff, ensuring high levels of ownership and responsibility.
  • Manage clients directly concerning information collection, year-end queries, and delivery of financials and returns.
  • Work across a variety of entities in different industry sectors.
Requirements:
  • A Business/Commerce degree with a major in Accounting.
  • A CA/CPA qualification completed or in progress.
  • 3-5 years of experience in professional services.
  • Strong tax technical knowledge and accounting skills.
  • Proficiency with MYOB, Xero, and other common client accounting software packages.
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
