About the RoleAs a Bus Driver with IRT Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing safe and reliable transportation to various activities and events. This part-time position requires a minimum of 10-12 hours per week, working across our Aged Care centres: IRT Macarthur & IRT Berala on the Park.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and drop off residents from various locations, providing assistance with access and egress from the bus as needed.
- Identify suitable community venues that meet the needs of our elderly residents.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
- Previous experience driving passenger vehicles.
- A current Light Rigid (LR/MR) Licence.
- A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Flexibility to work after-hours events.
- Desirable: experience working with elderly clients.
