Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to improve the Australian Reptile Park tourism product and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, EDMs, and paid META campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and visitor surveys to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the Australian Reptile Park website, ensuring up-to-date content and a seamless user experience.
  • Write compelling copy for press releases, communications, and marketing materials.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate logistical details for events and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, content production, or graphic design is desired.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, EDMs, and paid META campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
