Master Machinist

Based at our Kewdale site, this Master Machinist will be responsible for machining tooling spares and product components. The role involves operating manual machines, maintaining product tooling, and completing routine rebuilds of tooling equipment.

This position requires extensive experience with various machining techniques, including drilling, milling, turning, and surface grinding. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of metal forming and stamping processes, as well as exceptional mechanical aptitude and dexterity.

• Machining of tooling spares and product components
• Operating and setting manual machines
• Maintaining product tooling
• Completing routine rebuilds of tooling equipment

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Extensive experience with all forms of machining (drilling, milling, turning, surface grinding, metal working etc)
• Thorough knowledge of metal forming and stamping processes
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Strong attention to detail
