  • We seek an experienced professional to lead our space management and desk booking project (WPS-POS), collaborating closely with IT - Digital, Data & Cyber (DDC), HR, Change Management, Real Estate Analyst, Workplace Planner, and Regional Managers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating user acceptance testing, validating system configuration, and supporting refinement based on feedback; Supporting data integration, system readiness, and configuration validation; Supporting development and coordination of training materials and onboarding resources, in collaboration with the dedicated Change Manager.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing workplace/facilities technology platforms, preferably IWMS (e.g., IBM Tririga, Manhatten, Archibus, Serraview, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of workplace and space management principles
  • Experience managing and integrating large datasets, preferably related to property or facilities
  • A background in project coordination within complex organisational environments
  • Experience developing user training resources and supporting user adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business functions
  • Familiarity with change management principles and working within structured change environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Architecture, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field (highly desirable)
  • Certifications or training in IWMS platforms (e.g. IBM Tririga, Manhatten, Archibus, Serraview, etc.) or relevant workplace systems (highly desirable)
  • Eligibility to hold an Australian Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
