Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

Join us in this exciting Maintenance Superintendent role where you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

This leadership position requires an experienced professional to oversee maintenance crews, supervisors, and planners to deliver effective maintenance and production outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Maintenance Superintendent or in a senior maintenance leadership role, preferably within CHPP or fixed plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, coaching, and leadership to supervisors and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF MAINTENANCE STRATEGIES.
  • Oversee systems for safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with production and planning teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Conduct inspections as per the Mine Inspection Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Proven experience in leading and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety systems and legislative compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Located within commuting distance to the site or based in the Bowen Basin region.
