Hospitality Trainee

Grill’d is a popular fast-food chain that offers a unique blend of nutritious burgers and great customer service. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Northland location.

We operate over 160 restaurants across Australia, with a focus on providing an excellent dining experience. Our staff are passionate about serving high-quality food in a welcoming environment.

As a Team Member (Trainee), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing quality ingredients in our kitchen. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in various areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Prepare high-quality ingredients and maintain a clean kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment is desirable, but not essential
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
