Job Opportunity

As a Registrar Medical Educator, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering GP training activities.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with Medical Educators to support curriculum planning and guide registrars through their training program.
  • A key aspect of this role is bringing a passion for medical education and having completed GPT1/CGT1 and GPT2/CGT2 training with AGPT by January 2026.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate education and training activities under the guidance of Medical Educators.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and program development, supporting quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and act as a point of contact for registrars on training program requirements.
  • Participate in educational meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Passion for medical education and GP training.
  • Completion of GPT1 and GPT2 by January 2025.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective learning activities.
  • Experience and current employment in a general practice setting.
