Surveillance Digital Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated surveillance digital specialist to join our asset protection team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of surveillance systems and technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Surveillance System Management: Deliver the most efficient and effective use of current and emerging surveillance equipment, including Avigilon software.
    • Project Coordination: Assist with projects and ensure they are completed within agreed timeframes and costs.
    • Contractor Management: Assist with external contractors to ensure the provision of service meets company compliance standards and departmental objectives.
    • Process Improvement: Evaluate, develop and implement operating techniques to maximise efficiency and maintain quality service standards.

Requirements:

  • Security Industry Licence: Current NSW Security Industry Licence 2C or willingness to obtain.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in IT operating systems &/or network knowledge, certification in Avigilon Software or willingness to obtain.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Demonstrated conceptual thinking skills, reporting and administration skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and influencing strategies across multiple stakeholder streams.
